New Project for Integrated Products of Automobile Telecommunication and Wireless Data Transmission System in Luanping County

项目基本情况：车载通讯系统是指装载在汽车上的移动通讯系统。其特点是以车为载体，同时能够随车移动进行无线信号的传输。目前在国产中档轿车中，汽车通讯系统也在不断的纳入汽车基本配置之中，伴随着汽车和移动通讯的碰撞，汽车通讯的集成、终端产品的市场前景十分广阔。拟新建汽车通讯和无线数据传输系统集成、终端产品厂一座。项目计划总投资4000万美元，其中固定资产投资3300万美元，流动资金700万美元，资金全部由企业自筹。计划年产30000件终端产品，年销售收入5200万美元，实现利税1200万美元。

Fundamental Information of Project: Telecommunication system on the car refers to mobile telecommunication system loaded on the car, which is used on the car and is able to receive wireless signals while the car is moving. Currently, the car telecommunication system is now gradually integrated into basic parts of China’s medium and high level cars. With the gradual combination of telecommunication system into cars, the integrated and terminal products of telecommunication system enjoys bright market future. A factory that manufactures integrated terminal products for automobile telecommunication and wireless data transmission system will be built. The Project has a total investment of USD40million (fixed assets investment of USD33million and flow capital of USD7million). All capital shall be collected by enterprises themselves. As planned, 30,000 terminal products shall be produced annually and USD52million of annual sales income and USD12million can be realized.

建设条件：项目拟选址在承德张百湾新兴产业示范区内，该区交通便利，紧邻国道112线，距滦平县城10公里、京承高速滦平出口23公里，到北京仅1个半小时车程；京通铁路和正在建设的张唐铁路经过园区，并在区内设有客货两用站；水资源充沛，滦河流经27公里，径流量19立方米/秒；浅层地下水即可实现园区近期供水，规模为10万吨/日的供水厂正在建设中；区内现有35KV、110KV、220KV变电站各一座，承德西500KV变电站和园区专用35KV变电站即将建成投入使用；天然气管道在区内建设中转站一座、门站五个；现有处理能力为2万吨/日的污水处理厂一座，并可提供中水回用，规划建设处理能力为16万吨/日的第二污水处理厂1座，一期6万吨/日工程已开工建设。

Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
