Project of New Material for Energy Reservation of Titanium Products of Luanping County
项目基本情况:CCTO又称钛酸铜钙,是一种高介电常数无机储能材料,作为太阳能光伏储能材料,CCTO被用于电子储能,是制作超级电容最好的材料。CCTO具有的良好的综合性能,在高密度能量存储、薄膜器件(如MEMS、GB-DRAM)、高介电电容器等一系列高新技术领域中得到广泛的应用。同时可用于电容器、电阻器、新能源电池行业、动态随机存储记忆体、新型电池、太阳能电池、高端航天电容、太阳板生产等项目,符合国家倡导发展的绿色环保新能源产业,具有良好的市场前景。承德地区有丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源,己探明钛资源储量达2.×l07t。其储量仅次于攀西地区,位居国内第2位。滦平县钒钛资源储量达到承德地区三分之一,年产700万吨铁精粉,大约产出7000万吨尾矿砂,其原矿平均品位Ti02含量约为8%。该项目计划总投资7.8亿美元,占地1000亩,项目建成投产后可实现产值31.5亿美元,利税3.1亿美元,带动就业780人。资金全部为企业自筹。
Fundamental Information of Project: CCTO( CaCu3Ti4O12) is a kind of inorganic energy reservation materials featuring high dielectric constant, serving as solar photovoltaic energy reservation materials. CCTO is the most satisfactory material used for electric energy reservation and producing super capacitor, enjoying sound comprehensive performance. It is widely used in series of high and new technological field, such as high density power reservation, thin film devices (e.g. MEMS, GB-DRAM) and high dielectric capacitor. At the same time, all above said could be used in such projects as capacitor, resistor, new energy battery industry, dynamic random access memory, new battery, solar energy battery, high-end space capacitor and solar panel production, which echoes the green and environment-friendly new energy industry advocated by our country, thus enjoying sound market future. With rich resources of vanadium-titanium magnetite, Chengde has up until now explored 2.×l07t of titanium, following Panxi and ranking No. 2 in China. However, the vanadium-titanium resources occupies one third of Chengde and produces 7 million tons of iron concentrate powder annually, 70 million tons of talings. The Ti02 of average grade of raw ore is about 8%. With total investment of USD780million, the Project covers an area of 1000mu (666,666sqm) and will realize a production value of USD3.15billion, tax payment of USD310million and employment of 780 people after completion. All funds shall be collected by enterprises themselves.
项目建设条件:拟利用我县丰富的钛资源,建设年产10亿安时动力储能钛酸锂电池生产线项目。该项目选址在京津转移聚集区内金沟屯冶金工业园,占地1000亩。该园区交通便利,省道112线途经园区,京通铁路贯穿东西,园区内设有货站;滦河贯穿整个园区,水资源充沛;园区内建有220千伏变电站。
Construction Conditions of Project: It is planned to utilize the rich titanium resources of our county to build a lithium-titanate battery production line with a annual energy generation rate of 1 billion AH. The Project locates on Jinggoutun Metallurgy Industrial Park within accumulation regions between Beijing and Tianjin, covering an area of 1000mu(666,666sqm) and enjoying convenient transportation conditions. Provincial highway 112 passes through the park, Beijing-Tongliao railway runs through from east to west. Within the Park, there are goods stations. Luanhe River runs through the whole Park. The water resources are rich. And, there is 220,voltage substation.
